WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL ADMISSION COST?
We believe it is important to allow all members of the community to experience Pride, whether they can afford an admission or not. Therefore, Pride in the Valley is a FREE event to attend.

IS THERE A PARADE?
Yes! The parade will step off 12:00 PM and will circle the Square grounds. If you would like to march or drive in the parade, sign ups are completed HERE.

WHAT ARE THE SET TIMES FOR THE EVENT?
The festival will officially begin at 12:30 pm, following commencement of the parade, and run until 10:00 PM.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
Festival parking is located around the Square and throughout Downtown Warren. Parking is limited and on a first come, first serve, basis.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS?
Portable restrooms, including restrooms accommodating to persons with disabilities, hand wash stations, and sanitizer stations will be available throughout the festival grounds.

WILL MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING BE REQUIRED?
Guests, and vendors are required to follow the state and CDC COVID-19 mandates in place at the time of the event, up to and including: wearing face masks covering both your nose and mouth, using hand sanitizer stations located throughout the festival, and social distancing.

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR PRIDE IN THE VALLEY! HOW DO I SUBMIT IT?
We will be posting information regarding public input meetings when scheduled. Everyone is welcome to attend! In between those meetings, please feel free to submit your input by visiting HERE. We'd love to hear from you.

I WOULD LIKE TO PERFORM AT PRIDE IN THE VALLEY. WHO DO I CONTACT?
We are looking for entertainment of all types - drag performers, singers, bands, comedians, jugglers, dance groups, and more! LGBTQIA+ artists are given priority consideration. Please contact us via email HERE to be considered for 2024.

WILL THERE BE SECURITY?
The City of Warren Police Department provides security for the festival and will be available throughout the day. We also have private security on the festival grounds the entire time.
ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED?
All alcoholic beverages are to be purchased at the festival beer tent. No outside alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted on the festival grounds.
WHAT ABOUT INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Festival will remain open rain or shine, unless prolonged severe weather threatens the safety of those attending. Check our Social Media Pages for any updates.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self-defense sprays

No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks

No markers, pens or spray paint

No facial masks (Other then CDC Approved masks)

No outside food or beverage including alcohol

No bottles, cans, canteens, flasks, or coolers

No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters

No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns

Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
