Festival Info
Youngstown’s Summer Festival is a local community event created to bring people together for connection, celebration, and fun. Focused on collaboration with community volunteers, sponsors, and vendors, the festival is proudly presented by the Full Spectrum Housing Division, a separate division of BCC Full Spectrum Community Outreach Foundation Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Designed for the community, by the community, Youngstown’s Summer Festival offers three days of fun in the sun for all ages. And as always, admission to the festival is completely FREE!
Parking
Parking is free and located in the Youngstown Play House Parking Lot.
Food & Drinks
A variety of food and beverage options will be available at the festival. Featuring homemade funnel cakes, all beef burgers, hotdogs, Fresh cut fair fries, fresh squeezed lemonade, cotton candy, caramel apples, popcorn,
corn dogs, wraps, ice cold drinks and more.
Carnival Rides
Carnival rides at Youngstown’s Summer Festival are provided by Bortner Shows Midway LLC, a Columbiana, Ohio-based amusement company.
🎟 Unlimited Wristbands:
• Thursday, May 29th: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $18
• Friday, May 30th: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $18
• Saturday, May 31st: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $20
🎫 Individual Ride Tickets:
• $1.00 per ticket or 25 tickets for $20
• Each ride requires 2–6 tickets
💳 Payment Info:
Bortner Shows Midway ticket booths, carnival games, and concession stands that accept cash or credit cards.
